With the Compact Lite we can use pre set programmes or create a custom programme specially for your needs. The treatment time depends on whether it is a stand alone treatment or as an add on to your facial treatment.
12 Sessions are recommended, at least 2 x a week.
Maintenance sessions would be 1-2 a month.
There are three clinically proven wavelengths:
Blue 415NM; this is the most proven wavelength to destroy bacteria in the skin which causes acne, improving skin clarity. Its powerful antibacterial action also helps to calm inflammation and redness.
The blue light also boosts seratonin levels so can help people who suffer from SAD (seasonal Affective Disorder) as it boosts your mood.
Blue light can also speed up the healing of cold sores as it targets certain viruses.
Red 633NM; this supercharges the cell energy to accelerate repair, renewal and regeneration, it boosts collagen synthesis, increases hydration and enhances circulation to reverse the visible signs of ageing. It restores vitality and glow to the skin.
Near Infrared 830NM; travels deep into the skin to trigger the wound healing process, calm redness and irritation, reduce pigmentation and promote a healthier skin. When combined with Red light it has advanced rejuvenation benefits. Everyone should be using Near Infrared as we all suffer with inflammation, it is also effective for pain management as it takes the skin out of panic mode.
